Call from the OB

I just got a call from the OB saying that they are concerned about my hCG levels and they want to make sure that I do another level tomorrow. She said to watch for signs of an Ectopic pregnancy and go to the ER if I have bleeding or severe pain.

SERIOUSLY!? I am so confused! Yesterday the nurse called me and told me that she was happy with the way my numbers went up. Now a different nurse is calling me today and telling me something different.

I called them to clarify and the nurse said that Dr. England reviewed my labs today and he is just unsure of what is going on so he wants to check the #'s again. She also said that at 4 weeks my hCG level should be at least above 1,000 and that with my #'s at 14 that is more accurate for me only being about 1 week along. I know that my last period was July 13 and my periods are usually 28-30 days apart so today would be the latest that my period should have started. I also did an ovulation test and it showed that I was ovulating July 26 & 27th. Which would make me 4 weeks along. Just so confused. Guess I can't get to worked up over it and I just need to wait and see what the results show tomorrow.

Today around Noon I had some (very little) light brown discharge. I talked with the nurse about that and she said that really just sounds like implantation bleeding.
