Sad day

Well at exactly 9 weeks along I miscarried today! :( It has been a hard thing for all of us to deal with! All of my miscarriages have been hard emotionally but this one seems to be the worst! This is the farthest along I have been and miscarried. We thought we were in the safe zone which is why we announced it last week. We heard the heartbeat and saw our baby on the ultrasound so this just seems so unfair!! 

<p> This miscarriage was not due to the baby it was due to a subchorionic hemorrhage (basically a blood pocket in the placenta). Apparently normally these just dissolve on their own or cause a little bleeding. However if to big they can cause the sac to break from the uterine wall and cause a miscarriage. This is what happened to me! 

<p> We are heartbroken! Easton and his sweetness said "Jesus hears mom so maybe he will send the baby back!" So glad he is positive.
