We returned back from vacation May 4th to our home sweet home! :) Sunday May 2nd we headed to Disneyland right at 8 AM which was the time it opened. It was great cause there were really hardly any lines. We were able to take Easton on the Finding Nemo Submarine again and once again he got very excited. We then took him on Autopia (a bumper car rided) we were so proud that Easton met the 32" height requirement for this ride. Easton really was not to sure what to think of this ride. Next we headed to Toone Towne and went on the Roger Rabbit ride which in my opinion was the weirdest ride ever. After that ride Goofy was there so we were able to get a picture with him. Easton was his shy self. We then headed to California adventures! It is funny how much different a vacation is when you have a toddler with ya. I only went on the rocket and then the rest of the time we spent shopping and taking the kids back to the hotel for naps so that we could stay out late and see the fireworks. Dinner at the Cheesecake factory and then Brandon, Braxton, Easton and I headed back to California Adventures. Braxton and I went on the California Screamin roller coaster (which was incredible cool at night) while Easton and Brandon continued to do some souvenir shopping. We were able to make it to Disneyland in time for the firework show. That was a really amazing show. I could not believe how much work they put into it. I thought for sure that Easton would fall asleep in the stroller on the way back to the hotel but instead he was wide awake just looking around.
Monday we got our things packed into the cars and then headed back to Disneyland for a couple of hours to do some more souvenir shopping and Brandon and I took Easton on some rides in Bugs life. Then it was time to head home. We stayed the night at the Excalibur in Las Vegas. Before we headed to bed we took Easton to the M & M Factory which he really did not seem to think much of. This is a note to myself that we should NEVER stay at that hotel again! I think that I got maybe 3 hours of sleep all night!!! Easton however slept really really well.
We headed home early Tuesday morning and stopped at the Cracker Barrel in St. George for Breakfast as a family! It was a really fun trip and Easton seemed to like it as well!
